We are a program that offers confidential counseling and a referral service that can help your employees and their dependents resolve work, personal, or family problems that may impact their duties and responsibilities. We listen to their concerns with an open mind to help identify the cause of the problem and then work through it to develop a practical solution as quickly as possible.

• Our services are at no cost to you, the employee.
• Any and all conversations are strictly between you and your counselor. No one needs to know you called. However, if we believe there's a threat of serious harm to you or others, the law requires us to report the situation.
• When you call, we'll arrange for you to see a counselor. And if you need help beyond what we can give, we'll make recommendations based on your health care plan and financial resources.
